Reformer Class
Small group class designed for all levels, involving the core Pilates principles & exercises, focusing on mastering the Reformer, breathing and controlled movement, along with progressions and regressions to the exercises to engage all skill levels. For those more experienced, prepare to get challenged in this "reformer meets strength training" class where you will work the muscles to fatigue, raise the heart rate in short bursts and push your body in this effective full body workout.

Private Sessions
During this 1:1 or 2:1 session, we tailor the resistance and mobility program to your(s) specific goals and ability level. We may use different pieces of equipment to go through a series of exercises that focus on different muscle groups and movement patterns. There is an option of 45 minute for 1:1 sessions.
